  : Location was good. Apartment was clean and in good condition.
  : No warning prior to booking that the Wm Morris Suite is 39 steps above ground levelthis is akin to misrepresentation. For someone with a bad back and bad knees, getting oneself and accompanying luggage up there was miserable and would not have been chosen. Also, 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and no resupply was downright cheap (were not on siteSO WHAT!!! GET ON SITE!!!). The pullout sofa was horrible, and the foldout chairs were no betterthat furniture was either old and in need of replacement or was cheaply constructed to start). Two nights using that sleeping accommodation resulted in making my back worse. Would you like to try to sleep on springs jabbing into you?

  : It smelled, unfortunately - possibly damp or bad drainage. Really quite unpleasant.The sofa bed was very grubby, with lots of dirty marks on it - quite off-putting.

  : The shower was very hard to turn on and off kept sticking.The shower floor is missing loads of grout and looks dirty.Toilet seat is loose. The vent in the bathroom was capped in dust.2x lights were blown.There's no TV in the bedroom and it was freezing in there even with the heating on. (We actually slepted in the lounge as was alot more warmer and had tv)Lights blown in the kitchen. The doors are a nightmare and very loud couldn't keep them open.
