Disappointing

  : Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels were nice and fluffy and white. Not happy with the kitchen facilities. Went to use tray that was rusty, dirty cutlery in the dishwasher and in the drawer lipstick on the Glass saucepans that could be replaced and some chips on some of the plates and cups I like the location because we thought we weren't going to have a car but getting the car park ticket and the keys with luggage was a bit of a struggle. Thank goodness it wasn't raining. The shower in the main bedroom needs a dam good clean it had black mould in it. I think the owners should actually go and check the place out to see that the cleaners are doing the job they are paying in for.
  : The owners need to go and check out the cleaning and equipment that they've got in the kitchen cupboards. I feel it should be updated

  : It was so-so. Nothing great for the cost. The staff answer the calls but don't know how to help much with things like the Internet not connecting.
  : The location is sketchy and down a dirty alley. It is hard to get in the three doors before you finally get in the apartment. The dryer is a nightmare and the TINY shower was gross with black mold in the caulk. The beds are awful. We won't stay there again. We are not picky, but other places are better. PS. The taxi drivers cannot get close to drop you off at the location. Dishes are dirty and only one spoon

  : Good location for visiting York, although being in the centre of York it was quiet in the room. The property was spacious and well equipped and place was clean and seemed very secure.
  : The car parking was a bit of a faff having to pay for parking when collecting key & parking pass and then again when dropping key and pass off again, ok once we were sorted, after paying a 250 deposit I would have expected all the damaged items to have been replaced. (broken lamp & mirror in the bedroom, over mirror bulbs not working in the bathroom)

  : The building access code had been changed the day we arrived and we were not told. Luckily one of the other residents rescued us.

  : We liked the location. Very central and the twin beds are comfy. Very clean accommodation. Main bathroom is fine bar the shower, it is interesting trying to have a shower.
  : This is definitely not a place to try and cook a meal in! Not well stocked with the necessary implements. We got the impression that the owner via Yorguest has been burnt with parties here. The deposit is 250 and gets held in your account as the small print says. Make sure you put the parking card back into the key safe else you will be charged 20 per day. One of my party forgot he had put it in his wallet for safe keeping and had to pay 40! And send it back tracked.
