  : Great location and a fantastic little apartment to spend a couple of days away, I cant recommend this place highly enough, we love York and we try and get down at least 1 a year so I think we have defiantly found our new hosts for the foreseeable future well done and thanks again
  : this is the tiniest of gripes and I'm almost embarrassed to mention it but despite the bed being really comfy the pillow weren't they were a little bit on the hard side sorry. Maybe if you had a couple of softer pillow stuck in the cupboard that would have helped enormously but that is it everything else was perfect.

  : Location was brilliant, right on the doorstep. Sally & Chris were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was spot on, giving everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

  : Excellent central location with car parking close by. Property was spacious and a great little welcome pack with tea and coffee was appreciated.
  : The property is next to a pedestrian walk through, so lots of noise late at night, especially when it's warm and windows need to be open.The courtyard isn't shielded from the walk through so if you sit out everyone walking past can see you.
