  : Comfortable bedrooms, three toilets and two showers. Well equipped kitchen and lounge. Centrally situated in York, walking distance from most tourist attractions and easy to find from the train station. Quiet street below overnight.
  : Not something which we didnt like but feel it should be mentioned - the stairs in the apartment were quite steep and narrow. Would not suit anyone with mobility issues.

  : The welcome from Bruce was great and he was very attentive.The location is central to everything that you could want, I.e tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and the shambles/shops.
  : The stairs were very steep and my mum is 85 so it hampered our visitAlso the only place to eat properly had stools which weren't the easiest to get on and off.. The 2 sofas were positioned at a right angle to the TV which made it difficult to see for the person closest to the TV.Although the beds were comfortable on the top floor the bed in the en suite was not.The shower cubicles were very confined.

  : Absolutely amazing location. The best places to eat in York right on your doorstep. Having car parking facilities (at the nearby Q Park) was brilliant and we just left it there for the duration of our stay as we could walk to everything we wanted to. Apartment was modern but had great history and very cosy.
  : It is an old property and the stairs were very steep to take you to the first floor. Completely worth it but please be aware if you have anyone with mobility issues.

  : The stairs were a bit of a challenge but not really an issue for our family. The neighbours had a very noisy party (could have been the bar next door)
