  : I loved the apartment for the central location although it was noisy at night until 12-1am due to the tapas bar downstairs. The WIFI is also slow. But the location, the apartment, the staff & it also has a small kitchen & even a washing machine outweigh the negatives. I would for sure stay here again !

  : This is a cosy little apartment in what seems to be a building with other regular apartments (not rented out short term for hotel stays). If you can, get the room with the tiled window bench. Theres no reception area, but it was easy to get in contact with the person letting us in and they were helpful with getting us everything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there was a little kitchen that was very handy for making breakfasts. Its a fabulous location, moments away from Plaza del Triunfo and the nearby sights (Cathedral, Giralda, Real de Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, etc). We walked everywhere during our stay in Seville, which was really nice. The room has a cosy tiled window seat facing out onto some main streets which was fun to sit at.
  : It was a bit noisy at night but our earplugs did the trick. As noted by other reviewers, the bathroom did smell a bit funny and old apartment-y, but it was really nice otherwise. Also, if you use the kitchen definitely take your trash out fast - we got noticed flies very quickly.

  : There is an smell of used water on the building's lobby. Apparently there is a damaged pipe on the building that produces de smell. The rest of the facilities were very nice

  : Prime location, close to many attractions and restaurants. Clean and convenient apartment. The hosts were responsive and fast with communicating.
  : Water pressure and temperature kept changing. There was limited hot water for 2 people. The beds were not the most comfortable, but were clean.

  : Location was excellent . The apartment is very close to the Cathedral and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable. we enjoyed our stay.
