  : The property was in a really good location. It was great to have a code rather than a key to hold as well.
  : Some of the shelves in our room werent dusted so it meant that our clothes we put on there were covered in dust.

  : Central . Very clean. Loved the keyless entry with codes for everything .made things very easy. Loved the little kitchen on the floor that we could use if you wanted. Swimming pool gave you outside space to relax

  : Great location and easy to check in and out
  : An item of luggage was lost and unable to be retrieved by staff. I stored my luggage in the store room upon arrival and they were moved into my room once it was ready. In the morning I left very quickly for my flight, I didn't notice a bag was missing until I arrived at the airport, I contacted staff promptly and they were unable to retrieve my lost bag from my room or the store room and no resolution was offered which was very disappointing.

  : The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice decor and feel to the building. It felt secure and safe. We liked the communal kitchen too and how it was organized so everyone could use it.The location was very good, not far to walk to the centre of Seville. Easy walk towards rhe Cathedral and other highlights of Seville.
  : We thought the pictures on the website are misleading. The rooms seemed a lot bigger in the pictures and the pool and terrace area definetely are a lot smaller that what it looks in the pictures. We went for a hotel with a pool to break it up for the kids but it was more a dipping pool so we didn't use it.

  : Elevator was broken no one informed us and apartment balcony door lock was broken not working was a bit unsafe.

  : little fridge would be handy and an iron!

  : Everything ok, great location and rooms are clean and tidy. Terrace is nice although we didn't have the chance to enjoy as it was winter. I would recommend for a short weekend stay, good value for money.
  : The staff wasn't able to let us know if an early check-in would have been possible, even though I asked many times and even not very close to date (the night before).

  : The room was fabulous and well stocked with wine, snacks, fruit, quality toiletries.Decor was authentic, great attention to detail.
  : The clothes rail kept in the room was huge & occupied a lot of space making it difficult to open 2 suitcases.Lugging 2 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs as no lift & top floor room for one night stay was a real workout

  : We asked for two single beds but had a double bed on arrival - due to us arriving late we had to make do with the double for the first night before they amended it
