Hotel Cetina Sevilla

  : The only positive thing about this hotel was the location.
  : I am very disappointed with this hotel. I tried to shower upon my arrival and the water went out in the middle of my washing my hair (I called reception and they told me they were changing a pipe and the water would be back on in 10 minutes, they barely apologized). I had to wait over 10 minutes to resume my shower.Then in the morning I was woken up at 8 am by extremely loud drilling. I rang reception again and they said they were aware of the situation as it was ongoing and they couldn't do anything as the drilling apparently came from the building next door. They told me it would be like that all morning. This is inexcusable in general but for a 4 star hotel it's unbelievable. The room itself was not standard 4 star (lots of wear and tear on walls) and the windows looked right onto the lobby area, I did not feel comfortable as a consequence, unless the curtains were completely closed. I don't how this hotel is ranked the way it is.
