  : the terrace is nice (but needs shade). the apartment is quite spacious and has ok facilities like a washing machine
  : parts of the interior are falling apart: sockets, the bathroom, the bed/chair. no reception or keyless access, so you need to arrange a meeting with the host to get entrance and there is no way to leave your luggage after checking out. the nearby bar can be loud until late and the square in front smells of piss - but you could call this atmospheric in the city center

  : Exceptionally located in a quiet yet very central area.
  : The flat has aged quite badly due to lack of maintenance. Bathrooms and furniture (chairs and sofa are quite stained). It is a pity as the flat itself would be great if it were clean. We found a dirty glass and Kleenex on top of a cupboard. Some blinds dont open. The air conditioning only works in one of the the bedrooms.

  : Amazing and large terrace, lots of space, really good value for money in a quiet little area of the city but only a few minute walk to the more bustling part of the city.Basic necessities for cooking and cleaning such as pots and pans, olive oil, broom, etc. really great for a longer stay
  : Unfortunately during our stay there were several cockroaches in the apartment. Coming from the north, we werent sure how common this was in southern Spain, but nearly every morning we were awoken by dead (or almost dead) cockroaches in the bathroom, by the front door, etc. there were also several dead cockroaches in the lobby. We bought our own spray and traps and told the staff after we left as we didnt want to make a fuss, but unsure if anything has been done about it.

  : The room was clean, clean sheet, fresh bad towels and a lovely and friendly lady that helps us upon arrival. Best location for the center of Sevilla.

  : The Wi-Fi worked. It was close enough to the things we wanted to do. There were no bugs.
  : It was a noisy area. The shower was either too hot or there was no hot water at all. The chair in the living area was broken. The toaster was very old, not even sure it would have been safe to use. There was a panel missing from the shower door.
