  : Was watched remotely so we couldn't set the AC to the tempature we wanted. The landlord who wasn't even there was extremely rude true whatsApp that we changed the setting and then turned the AC completely off so our child or we could sleep during the night cause it's was so warm. The pictures of the breakfast included some fruits but there were only cakes and cookies in plastic bags. Stay away from this B&B

  : Well the room was very clean and the Wi-Fi was fast enough. The private bathroom was also as we had requested.
  : The worst thing maybe about the property was that the AC would turn off during the day until 22:00 so it was pretty hot during the day and until that time of night and nobody would care even if you called or wrote the people responsible for it.The second worst thing for me was the behavior and the way that the the host was talking to us. I had received their email with the information in my spam box and I hadnt seen it. For that reason I didnt know the number of our room and I asked him many many times as we arrived at midnight in the property. They could have very simply check our reservation number and tell us the room number and what to do or at least send a second email but the only thing they were telling us was that to read on Booking.com which was not helpful at all because theres no detailed information about our arrival and how to get into the property.To get that information I just went into my spam box and I found the email and that happened after more than 90 minutes of waiting and dead tired in the building. It looks like the people who are offering this property have very little knowledge of English however I can also be negative that they are very direct and very rude when theyre talking to their guests . There are a lot of dos and donts as if people who go there are just some outcast gypsies who have never been in a hotel or a B&B. They talk and rice in a very condescending manner and saying if you do that youll be charged if you dont do that youll be charged if you do that and say that and leave that I dont do that and find out and let that and whatever that youll be fine and you will be charged! So you find yourself always under control and completely stressed out and uncomfortable!Pisa is a small city and its not difficult to get around so this property or another would not make a big difference for your stay in matter of transportation !

  : The host has remote access to the AC and he decides when you've had enough of air conditioning... you shouldn't promote as having an AC if you are not allowing guests to use it freely. The room and bathroom were not clean, the towels had other people's hair on it wrangled up in knots. The breakfast was awful, the coffee mashine was not working properly (I think the capsules provided are nor suited for that coffee mashine as the pressure of water does not build up and no coffee is running from it). All you can see around is posters with rules that guests will be charged for anything (like leaving the lights on).The sound isolation is non-existant, when people talk or use the shared bathroom it even wakes you from your sleep.
