  : The apartment is well placed for visiting the city centre attractions by foot. The room was spacious and clean. You can leave your bags after check-out; this is a plus when your train/flight is later in the day.
  : There was no hot water, and it seems not to be the first comment raising this problem. They replied to check the problem but unsure if it got sorted since I left the day after. The bins were over full. I noticed they got emptied after I left, but not every day though. "Breakfast is offered at a partner caf nearby": This is confusing, since breakfast is not included should be remove from the apartment description. There was a recording camera facing the kitchen, with a sign saying is there for security reasons, but it didn't make me feel comfortable. I understand security reasons, so why not change it to the hall entrance!? I was unlucky with the other guests staying at the same time as me (not the host fault) as they decided to go sleep and leave the kitchen windows open, I woke at around 2ish in the morning with the noise coming from the scare, got up, close the windows and it was fine. Suggestion: Have a sign or message reminding the guests to not open the common areas windows after a certain hour for two reasons: mosquitos and noise.

  : Couldnt sleep. Beds are uncomfortable we were in room 1 and every night is so noisy. Can hear every other guest and the piazza is extremely noisy

  : The position in the town.
  : No breakfast included. Very noisy place in the night, over a very crowded square. The mattresses of single beds are very uncomfortable. The room is very small for 4 people.

  : The bed was very uncomfortable, the toilet had not window and the extraction fan didn't work. The bedroom overlooks a square in which bars are open till 4am, it was very noisy. The access to the building is through a small and dirty street, we had to move empty glasses to be able to enter.
