  : THE OWNER OF THE B&B, STEFANO, WAS AN AMAZING HOST. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, A FEW STEPS FROM THE LEANING TOWER AND RESTAURANTS, BARS, ETC.
  : IT IS POSSIBLE SOME OF THE OTHER GUESTS MAY BECOME VERY NOISY. BECAUSE IT IS A UNIT CONVERTED INTO 4 ROOMS, THE PROXIMITY TO THE OTHER ROOMS MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO HEAR OTHER GUESTS, ESPECIALLY IF THEY COME IN VERY LATE AT NIGHT AND ARE LOUD, AS WAS THE CASE WITH ONE OF THE GUESTS. HE WAS CLEARLY INTOXICATED AND COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. ANOTHER THING IS THAT YOU WILL DEFINITELY HEAR THE DOORS OPENING AND CLOSING ALL THE TIME.

  : Very clean, super close to the Leaning Tower, and a lovely walk to the shopping and restaurant parts

  : The location to the leaning tower of Pisa and restaurants.
  : Property was not as advertised on booking website. We booked room with two beds as we were mother and son. We accidently it booked for 1 person not two I made contact straight after booking to explain the mistake we had made and he said that is fine and to just pay the difference upon arrival. When we arrived at property the second bed was not made as owner incorrectly assumed we were a couple. We were told we were suppose to advise that we wanted both beds made. This is the entire reason we booked this room. Otherwise we would have booked the cheaper room with I large double double bed. The owner argued for 15 minutes saying he would not supply sheets for the other bed. After some time he agreed to give us sheets for the other bed. As he was screaming up and down the hallway.

  : My room didnt have air conditioning. There were two small fans. However the heat was unbearable. I would recommend that you read carefully every booking details before you reserve .

  : Perfect location within 2 minute walk of the tower. We arrived really late at night and it was so easy to check in remotely. Room was nice and big and shower was really lovely!
  : We came in August, it was really hot and the room had no air conditioning so we were way too hot. They did have 2 fans in the room but they just circulated the hot air.
