  : Great central location in Sofia almost next to or near most popular attractions, yet secluded from touristic noise. Well connected to transit. Great amiable, helpful and flexible hosts, more akin to a home stay. Very spacious room and other common facilities.
  : Breakfast could have been better, since it is advertised to be provided by the house. It is frugal - almost to check that box.

  : No staff there. Had to get key from lockbox and got a bit confused as it was too dark to see without phone for light couldn't figure the lift either so was up and down many stairs but sure other people would cope better though. Breakfast a bit basic and no milk for coffee afaik

  : In the centre, a clean spacious room, friendly staff. Thats it.
  : These are my issues: first of all, the window in my room was cracked and didnt close. Second of all, nowhere on the advert does it state that I would be sharing the apartment with the owners. While my room was clean, the lobby is cluttered with all of their stuff, a lot of books just left on the floor, which is a health and safety issue as if the apartment caught fire, the clutter would be a fire accelerant. The front door to the property does not close properly which is another breach of safety as anybody could walk in off the streets and they could be on drugs, which not only puts guests in danger, but other residents. Not to mention that stray dogs or other wild animals could wonder into the property, some of them possibly aggressive or riddled with diseases. Considering that the building is pretty dark at night, if you were to encounter any of those things mentioned, you would be out of luck! The elevator also doesnt work, which means you have to take the stairs. I cannot comment on the free breakfast as I didnt have it. And then theres the worst part In the bathroom, theres a sign on the door that says Please clean the bathroom after using the shower. Well, clearly nobody had cleaned it for a while as there was dust and grime in the corners of the room and along the sides at the bottoms of the walls. The irony? The bathroom didnt look like it had a good clean in a long time. Honestly, if you drop anything on that floor bin it, you dont want it anymore trust me. And they also dont tell you that they have lodgers in the bathroom either, staying rent free! I had read in other reviews that other guests had found cockroaches, but I didnt see anything until this morning when I was in the bathroom before checking out. A great big black one crawled out from behind the bin as if it was totally meant to be there. I would definitely urge staff to address this as there is clearly an infestation and it can also trigger problems for guests with health issues!
