  : I was with constant feeling that they are looking after me, what did I order, how much money spent. On breakfast they have very small choise of food. Waiter just came once, served my order and disappeared, after that she came back with some receipt to sign, that I ordered coffee. Why is that needed- not clear, I ordered a room together with a breakfast, which is 56bgn per person and serving only beans and eggs is kinda not enough. On check in you have to pay before stay+ they take 100 deposit for the bar, which was not said before taking money. When check out they asked for my cards again which is also strange, to confirm the amount of money as they said. The bar is great though, everything else- not worth the money.

  : View Breakfast good but paid 275 euros for a room and the breakfast was not included and had to pay additional 30 euros..
  : SUPER EXPENSIVE !!!!!!! Euros 275 for a room with NO breakfast included no services ... Spa wasn't wotking properly the steam closed.. Fitness room is small .. Rooms have the coffee/fridge where you hang your cloths so they all get dirty.. They don't clean the rooms properly.. When you shower water goes out all over the floor.. TV channels are all paid no movies in english or subtitled..

  : Rating would be perfect if not for a couple practices I have never seen in my dozens of hotel stays. ~50EUR deposit blocked on card FOR EACH DAY of stay?! I have made deposits at other hotels, but generally max 50-100EUR for the entire stay. So if somebody wants to stay 2 weeks, they expect to block 700EUR??? Nice pool, however if you are traveling with a kid under 14 you need to be aware that it will be available to them only 9-10 on weekends or 16-17 on weekdays which isn't that convenient if you are planning to spend most of the day out siteseeing - on booking this is only mentioned all the way down in the fine print. 1 coffee/tea per person from the room coffee maker/kettle per day! Any extra quantity to be charged at 6BGN according to a note left next to the tea bag dispenser (or 5BGN according to the booklet with minibar prices) - I understant that hotels have high minibar prices. But this is the first time I have seen a hotel (may I add that it has a 5 star rating!) limiting tea/coffee. Also to put in perspective the 5/6BGN charge ... in the city I got myself and my daughter a 25 cm PIZZA for 7,70BGN! When booking, this was one of the most expensive offers on booking at 384 EUR for 2 nights. The next best 5 star object a bit further away (Maison Sofia - MGallery) which we were considering was 208 EUR. P.s. AC in the room also wasn't working, however with only 24deg. C day temp outside at this time of the year, that wasn't much of a problem - had to sleep uncovered.
