  : The flat is spacious and very well located. It has a washing machine and ACs which worked well. The host was very kind. We liked almost everything, but because of the lift we probably wouldn't stay here again.
  : The lift itself seem unsafe and is very outdated. It is difficult to operate. It is also very small and did not seem well maintained (e.g. broken shutter, chipped paint, etc.) The lift system is also very loud and can be heard in the bedroom when used by others.

  : location is great with 3 minutes walk from metro station (Serdika stop) and 5 minutes walk from Vitosha Boulevard. It's near restaurants, bars, parks etc.generally speaking the apartment was good, clean and with all the necessary facilities
  : the apartment is in 5th floor of a very very old building. There is an elevator but couldn't be used. The smell and condition of the building was bad

  : Quiet, spacious, very comfortable bed, great location, bathroom and another toilet, very helpful hostess who let us leave our luggage in the morning and ordered a taxi for us for our departure, well equipped kitchen.

  : Great welcome from Stella, who gave us valuable information about Sofia's attractions. Clean and spacious apartment in a strategic position for visiting the center and the major points of interest. Great cordiality and availability. There are many art galleries and cafs in this neighborhood. Furthermore, the red apartment is very close and it is a place that I suggest to visit if you have some time after seeing the main attractions of Sofia.

  : A modernised apartment in an old building right in the centre. Great location, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, that is well equipped. The host allowed us to do a late check out - thank you!
  : The state of the communal space outside the apartment was dismal. In particular that lift is antiquated and would be frightening for some people - with broken security door and very clunky operation. At the the Booking.com web site announced in two places a free airport shuttle but the host charged 18 euro for the shuttle service - which is more than a taxi. We have requested that the host correct this error.

  : Great location. Very central and near the Metro. Good host (Stella). Well appointed apartment, even has washing machine and dishwasher.
  : The entrance hall and lift aren't great, but don't let that put you off, the apartment itself if really good, clean and it's a great location.
