  : Great place to stay, nice central location
  : Air conditioner was spitting out black soot, so hadn't been cleaned for a while. Wasn't shown where the front door key worked so couldn't stay out late as we were scared of being locked out

  : The location was amazing being right behind Las Setas, but in a really quiet block of apartments so you could get a peaceful sleep. The apartment was well appointed, had everything required for a week-long stay, and our host was very friendly and easy to contact. The terrace was just big enough for 2 to enjoy a morning coffee. Air con was a welcome necessity. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures so very happy with it. And the city itself exceeded expectations, it's truly stunning.
  : The front door had a 'knack' to it so you had to pull it in tight as you turned the key to open it, it took us a while to figure that out. The bar stools were a little wobbly to sit on.

  : The accomodation had everything that we needed and was located close to shopping areas and restaurants. No reception area, but great communication regarding check-in and locating the property.
  : The water leaked out from the shower

  : Very limited kitchen dishes, glasses, cups, catering, no water kettle, ants in the kitchen, poor air conditions

  : The apartment is neat, modern, and extremely well furnished. Carlos was very helpful upon check in and the guest service department was good and responsive.
  : Two technical issues need to be fixed to make this apartment 10/10: The shower/toilet situation and the blinders. Other than that, everything was clean and nice. Would definitely recommend it.

  : Very nice apartment, comfy with good location, all necessities (dishwasher, utensils etc) there. The apartment is quite hot even in October, but rooms have AC. The only downside is that the host company demand to take picture of your credit card instead of regular deposit. This can be unsafe, and we had to go into long conversation to avoid this.
