  : This hotel boasts great staff who ensured us a comfortable stay. From friendly greetings to prompt assistance with any request, the service, especially at the breakfast area, was truly top-notch. The breakfast was in fact a delightful surprise. With a vast array of options, catering to our 20 months daughter's needs, it was a highlight of the morning. However, it's important to note that while the service and breakfast were impressive, there were some aspects that fell short of a true 5-star experience.
  : While the staff and breakfast were excellent, other aspects of the hotel fell short of expectations, particularly considering the high price point. The room size was surprisingly small, feeling cramped and lacking the spaciousness one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Additionally, the bathroom was dimly lit, creating an uninviting atmosphere. The room description clearly stated a balcony, which was a major factor in our decision to book considering we travelled with a kid. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered this was not the case. The "complimentary drink" voucher for the rooftop bar was misleading, as only soft drinks were included. This felt like a cheap tactic for a hotel of this caliber. Frankly, just keep it for you, I felt embarrassed when I tried to redeem it with the waiter. Overall, while some aspects were positive, the discrepancies between advertised amenities and reality, coupled with the small room size, made this stay feel more like a 4-star experience at a 5-star price.

  : Not too bad. It is very difficult to tell it is a 5-star hotel. The staff is very nice. However, after we checked out mum found that she left her phone USB charging cable in the room and when we came back to the hotel and tried to find it, it was gone. The staff did help us to go back to the room to check out. I understand it is not their fault but still makes our trip does not go perfectly well (We bought a new one in Rome instead).

  : Room service was terrible. It certainly didnt seem like a five star hotel. There was a Jacuzzi outside of our suite that had gremlins very much overrated for a five star.

  : The staff were really great! They couldnt have done more for us. The room was clean and modern. We especially loved the shower.
  : The cooked food at breakfast was not great. The egg was under cooked. We had also read others had been offered a breakfast take away bag when leaving early before the buffet opened but we were not offered this which was a shame as we were hungry.
