: All of the staff we met in the hotel was wonderful.
: Zero communication with management. claim to be a luxury hotel with 11 rooms. If something happens and you need to get in touch with the manager there is no one on property for three days. They wont even contact you with a simple phone call, text message or email. The management left me a very bad taste. Because of that I did not give the hotel a 10. And thats unfortunate because the staff was wonderful. Management set very bad example. Because of what happened, We will not return to this property or any other property.

: The hotel is okay, the building is nice and the location is good. But for the price absolutely not worth it. Would not recommend.
: When we arrived, we notice the bed was ikea quality and it made a sqeaking sounds when sat on. Under the bed the slats were out of place. I called reception and promised to fix it. It took them 2 hours to send someone from maintenance and they just put the slats back in. When I then sat on the bed again, half of the slats fell out. At which point I contacted reception again and they told me they won't be able to fix it until the next day and they couldn't change the room as they were fully booked. We then decided to leave to another hotel. They didn't say anything, nor offered compensation for the time lost. When they got my car from the valet, there was a plant in it that the valet decided to transport in my car. I do not recommend this hotel. Probably the worst 5 star hotel I ever stayed in.

: Some of the best hotel staff Ive ever met. Spacious rooms, gorgeous decor, great inclusions and located right in the middle of the best tapas bars.
: Never worked out how to use the shower - it was either scalding or cold.
