  : Location was fabulous. The apartment was all ours and everything was there that we needed for the night. The owner was fabulous with communication! I would definitely recommend staying there is you want to be next to everything!
  : We were fine with the stairs but if you have people that do not like stairs this might not be the place for you! Extra work out is always good!

  : My biggest complaint is that the apartment was filthy. It was supposed to have Wi-Fi and it didn’t work. The pictures of the apartment on the website were very deceiving. My husband laughed out loud when I showed him the photos of what it was supposed to look like. The outdoor area was dirty, paint splattered and littered with garbage including a water bottle with brown water and cigarette butts that I someone used as an ashtray. I could go on and on. It was so bad that we left a day early. I didn’t expect it to be perfect and knew it was in an old building but at the very least it should have been clean.

  : Code provided didn’t work to get in, could not reach owner by phone. Shop owner next door owned apartment next door, he also tried to reach owner to no avail. After about an hour stuck on the sidewalk, he gave us a master code that we used the entire stay. He was so nice and don’t know what we would have done without him. The unit was not clean at all! Old coffee still in the coffee pot, cockroach ran out when we tried to clean it and there were ants. The only thing that seemed be cleaned was the sheets. The rest of the apartment was dirty, pieces of glass on the floor, crayons u set coffee table. Couldn’t find the A/C in living area which was very hot, when I sent email to owner asking where the A/C was located his reply was “it is central A/C but we are having condensation issues”. So, 2 nights stay with no A/C. There is no parking other than street and most of those are for deliveries, handicap or fire dept. had to park 3 blocks away. Unit is also 4 flights of stairs up. Would not recommend this place.

  : Amazing location and such a great deal! Our hosts were very nice, accommodating, and communicative and we felt very safe during our whole stay. The AC definitely was a plus and we loved the outdoor patio space!
  : There were some bugs here and there but I feel like that’s pretty standard for the weather and if you’re staying in an apartment vs a hotel.

  : The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, bathroom (with hot water & good pressure) and big living room - plus has a large patio balcony. Once you get up to the 3rd floor it’s all worth it! Beds (1 is a king!) and sofa bed in living room are comfortable but firm enough. Kitchen is well-supplied and has peninsula bar with stools plus tables. 2 sofas & lounging chairs in living room. Great space!
  : The only room for possible improvement I would say is to put a 3rd A/C unit in the living room and have cleaning service upgraded. If the living room had a cooling unit, you could make it cooler and quieter at night for sleeping on the sofa bed for that guest.Our friend wore ear plugs and did ok there with all the fans on but in the summer it would be more challenging.

  : Excellent location ín the vivid centrum of Old San Juan. Very friendly, flexible proprietor - ansewering immediately for our smaller requests and solving it correctly. I higjly recommend it for everybody.

  : Location location location. Literally walks out in the action of the city.
  : Alot of left over items and what looks like personal items in the cabinets and bathroom. But again can't beat the location awas clean.
