  : The location is great!
  : I had to carry a 50lbs suitcase, a back pack, several shopping bags and a carry- on suitcase to the property where you check-in. After had to walk alone with all the weight down the road about 3 blocks and carry all my stuff up to the second floor, due to the typical architecture of old San Juan, the climb was quite rough and extremely narrow to pull all the stuff! The doors of this property are a joke! The quality is extremely poor and security is something cant even be an option here! Cant leave any valuable on the room, the bathroom is so small I almost never fit in it! I weight 200lbs (not really big person). Bath room was particularly full of long hairs all over, mold on walls and really disgusting, I took only 1 shower just because it was extremely necessary! Other wise would never go in to that bathroom. I think this place should do serious repairs and redoing all the bathroom before continue in to business. There should be definitely better places to stay in Old San Juan.

  : It was a great location with a great view, as well as, clean and well set up.
  : They water pressure in the shower could have been better. Most of the time there was hardly any water pressure. Also the wifi barely worked and the remote for the tv in the room was nowhere to be found. Though the only time these were issues were at night when we were done exploring for the day.

  : Location was wonderful and the views were exceptional. The bedroom stayed very cool.
  : The front part of the apartment was unusable and hotter in the kitchen and front room than it was outside. We would have liked a leisurely place to sit, but there was only the bed in the bedroom. We did request a stand up fan, which was arranged, it unfortunately didnt help. On our first night, there was a large group of men who were up until close to 4 am slamming doors, yelling, playing loud music etc it was reported to the office, as apparently several people had also complained about them.

  : This was the worst stay ever and I have stayed in hostels. I didn't get what I paid for and they didn't even care about it. I paid for a room with balcony and ocean view well this room didn't even had windows it was awful. The room seemed clean but once
  : My baby started crawling we saw how dirty the room was, her hands, knees and feet were completely dark with all the dirt that was on the floor. It wasn't accesible for babies either so it was pretty hard with the stroller. Such a bad experience!

  : We had researched and knew it was a walk upstairs, warm in the living room, and older. SO we were not at all disappointed and in fact I am very happy!!!! I loved the location and the staff was helpful. It was much larger than I expected. Great to have a kitchen! We were able to get ubers in minutes and walk anywhere else. Nice residential neighborhood! Fun to feel like you are not in a hotel. COMFY bed!!! Nice sheets. Comfy pillows. Smelled fresh and clean. I felt the location was nice, but our uber driver warned us not to walk the beach after dark. Good advice. Loved the stay and the view was fun. LOVE that they really do have 24/7 live human service!!!!! So many times you end up with codes and no human - they were wonderful!!!!! Very kind staff!
  : We knew that it would be older and probably not so incredibly clean (it needs new paint and just don't look at the ceilings), but would not be horrible. I had read comments and used logic to know what we were getting - it was a steal of a deal and what needed to be clean was clean. Great bed and clean shower. Nice amount of space. No AC in the "living room or kitchen" but the AC in the bedroom could cool it enough to be nice enough (in really hot days, you'll want to close the door and just stay nice and cool in the bedroom. The sleeper couch didn't look so comfy but the couch was! Only big please change: instructions for check in. Just call the hotel number to ensure all is clear. We followed the booking.com instructions and we ended up at the wrong place, wrong code, wrong street -- but that was what was communicated in the directions. Luckily they have 24/7 attendants so we called and all was well! WHEW!
