  : The only thing good about the property was it was within walking distance to Little Italy and close to the airport. However, the planes flew way too close to the buildings.
  : The rooms were dirty. One of the rooms (115) had a water leak in the bathroom and water was coming up from the floor boards. When I notified the front desk they sent someone in with a drill, he did absolutely nothing but offer us extra towels for the floor. That same room had cockroaches that became visible when we got back to our rooms on Friday night. Along with the leaking floor and cockroaches, that rooms fire alarm kept going off. The front desk was notified once more and they said there was nothing that they could do about it. The air conditioner didn’t work in that room as well as the television was broken. Because of the cockroaches we stayed in the rooms long enough to sleep and we cut our San Diego trip short and left at 4am Saturday morning. In the second room we had (120), the air conditioner was leaking. The staff had placed towels underneath it prior to our arrival. The remote control for the tv did not work for the tv that was in the room. So we were unable to watch tv. The shower door did not stay closed when we took showers which led to the bathroom floor getting extremely wet. The room smelled like someone had previously smoked marijuana in it and then they tried to use cleaning products to cover the smell. The bed linens made our skin itch. Also there was not a phone in the room.
