Your property kindly provided us with cancelation letters. However to proceed with refund, Booking. com requested you to send them these letters directly from you. Here what they wrote:Here's actually what we really need it's the written confirmation coming from the property as part of the legal process to reply here in the end so we can process the cancellation and waive the fees.
