  : Great room and really happy overall. Comfortable and did everything we needed.
  : Air con did not work, but it was not hot enough anyway. Some people may be put off by constant trains going past, but did not bother us.

  : Breakfast was good but very few options for vegetarians. Unfortunately Eggs classified as vegetarian - Eggs are not plants.
  : Vegetarian options. Note Eggs are NOT vegetarian, that is, they are not plants. Also, bathroom basin located in bedroom, carpet was dirty, kitchen cabinet door missing and no safe in room. Very old and very noisy AC in cupboard in bedroom. Some reception need to be trained as they could not resolve my card payment and had to use more expensive second credit card.

  : The location was handy to the water, Little Italy. Pool was adequate and outside seating. Kitchen was adequate.
  : I am gluten free and there was only eggs that I could eat. I was appalled at the amount of disposal cutlery and dishes one had to use for breakfast - concerned about the rubbish being thrown away - no recyclying done here I think. The air-conditioning on the roof was very loud at night, and had to use earplugs which gave me a headache, I had to find some better ones at the chemist so I could sleep. The oven in the kitchen was not clean, food left on the roasting pan and the bottom of the oven had oven cleaner still left on it, so had to clean it before use. We found exorbitant amounts of money (thousands) being taken out of our account daily which was far in excess of what we owed. When we went to the front desk the receptionist was not empathetic with our plight, and even though she said she would bring it up with the manager, she did not allay our fears that we were being scammed. That night the manager did explain to us the daily charges where part of their financial system, but could not explain the high amount of money taken which seemed in excess of what they would normal take. We explained that even though the money was only pending on our credit card it does mean that we cannot use that money, which would deplete what we could. I would suggest anyone booking with them that you pay up front what you owe when you arrive.

  : Room was big and comfy, although furniture was a little bit out-dated. The kitchen was well equiped and the bed was super comfortable. Location is really good, 10 minutes from airport and within walking distance of many touristic places. It is just next to Little Italy! I loved the area. Staff was really helpful and gave support with everything I asked. Breakfast was fine with a fair selection of both sweet and salty items. Don't miss the free cookies in the reception, they are just are delicious!
  : The shower was old and did not work as good as expected. Breakfast is served with single-use cutlery, something not unusual in the area but not very environmentally friendly either.

  : I liked the location. I was close to things but not in the heart of downtown.
  : The bed was a bit firm for my liking and I noticed that the bathroom in my room was a little worn. I saw cracks in the bathroom sink countertop, and the bathtub had some rust and needed fresh caulking.
