  : The room was clean and the beds were comfortable the TV worked well and the view was good.
  : We were told our bags would be delivered to our room we waited for 30mins and my partner went downstairs to find out where our bags were and noone knew. My partner finally found our bags outside with the valet. We called Guests Services 4 times and our call got answered 1 time after waiting 45mins. We called room service multiple times and never got an answer. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned once while we were there. I'm highly disappointed for the priced of the room I expected so much more.

  : Maintenance replaced our non-working mini-fridge within 45 mins of our complaint! No further need of their services. Hotel was willing to check us in early, but see below!My husband left some of his stuff somewhere (room, lobby, valet?) -- when we got home we called and reported-- Housekeeping and Ileftmystuff.com found it and returned within 4 days! THANKS!
  : There were very few places to hang used towels or bathrobes in bathroom. Tho' Hotel agreed to check us in early when we called on the phone, but after putting us on wait list with only ONE other guest ahead of us, Front Desk continued to give us false time estimates for over 2 hours, thereby ruining our whole day. It wasn't until I stopped being agreeable and sympathetic, and started to chew out the Front Desk personnel that they FINALLY contacted Housekeeping and found us a clean room!

  : They said breakfast included, but for 3, they only gave me a 20 dollars voucher ( but menu items cost more than that for one person). Rooms are clean, but they only refresh rooms every other day, and the staff was not helpful.

  : Great location across from the Seaport Village and cruise line area. At first glance, clean.
  : We asked for a one hour later checkout and were told to call at 7 am the morning of. We called the morning of and were still told they would “put it down” but we are booked so….. what does that even mean? On our last day I noticed the comforter was full of stains- see pics. The room appears clean but check the comforter :(

  : Nothing! Reception is very beautiful but rooms average and floor was very dirty! And had a smell but worst of all our car smelled like marijuana after valet would bring it to us. We practically paid $55 q night for their valet employees to smoke in the car
