  : Noting… absolutely terrible… please stay away from this cockroach, rat and loitering people motel…
  : We arrived at the facility at 1435 and were asked to come back after 1500 to check in.. The first room we were issued (210)… was not cleaned and ready to be occupied… so we headed back to the reception then they issued another room (214)…. This room looked clean… but as soon as we pulled the cover on one bed, we noticed rat droppings on the bed cover… we took pictures and headed back to the reception and tried to get a refunden from the two nights we payed for… but that seemed not be an option they couldn’t not refund our money back to our credit card and they asked as to take another room… the third room was on the second floor (374)… little to find out… this hotel provides week or monthly rentals to all kinds of people that comes in and out of the facility during all hours of the night… we seen people during the middle of the night hanging out side their rooms loitering and some of them had dogs inside their room that barked all night long. After 7 pm we tried calling the reception from our room but it seemed that they pick up the phone and hang up or just put you on hold… PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES I UPLOADED… We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else… BOOKING please pay attention to this type of situations because you are going to loose your customers to the internet competition… There are many options out there and we used someone else to rebook our second night…

  : A corporate name and a coat of paint does not cover up the disgusting filth and dirt underneath. My wife was bitten by insects in the room or bed. Nothing about this property is worth a dime or to stay a night. If Stay America were serious about being in the hospitality business they would have demolished this place and rebuilt new. Instead, we are duped by a nice new sign.
