SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western San Antonio Airport

  : The staff were very rude, the entire hotel was over 100 inside. The room was super dirty and one of our beds had blood stains and when we asked to change them they didn’t want to and told us to go ask the housekeeper we asked them and housekeeper told us to go ask the front desk. We were told they were gonna take care of it and when we came back @ night time to the hotel nothing was done and we had to call the front desk to bring us new sheets and we had to changed them ourselves and the front desk brought the sheets and was very very rude. In the morning they told us @ 7:45am that there was not more breakfast and to eat whatever was left, which was yogurts and cereal. There was no milk, the coffee machine was down and we asked them if they were gonna fix it and the lady denied it and said to try and fix it ourselves or drink watery coffee. The check out stated was @ 11:00am and the front desk lady was rushing my parents out of their room by 10:05am. When booking I asked for the rooms to be next to each other and they couldn’t give us that, the pool was so dirty looked like someone pooped and smelled like it. At checkout the front desk made us wait 20+ mnts for her to go check out the rooms and make sure we didn’t steal something or whatever. Overall stay HORRIBLE! The can’t even turn on the hallway ac
