  : I picked it because Ive always been extremely satisfied with Holiday Inn Express hotels.
  : No ready front counter staff Snack area stocked minimally The shower faucet felt like it was ready to fall off TV channel options were limited The cleaning staff loved to hear the doors slammimg as they walked out of roomsvery disturbing.

  : Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Front Desk was helpful in one instance (getting phone to work) but not in another (getting a wake up call via the room phone or the room alarm clock).
  : Breakfast was not great, just okay. Did not have any oatmeal or granola options. No fruit but oranges. Apples or bananas would have been nice. Coffee was not good. In my room, the bathroom needs some grout and tile work. Kruerig machine in the room needed cleaning. I did not use it as there was a white residue in the place to add the water. Was there for several days, but no one came in and emptied the trash, made the bed, or left fresh towels. The fitness room was almost nonexistent--two treadmills and two ellipticals was all. The water dispenser was empty. The TV could be heard, but there was no picture.

  : The location was easy to get to from the airport and was close to the places I needed to go to.
  : The window in the room wouldnt close all the way 1/2 inch open. I didnt realize it until it rained and I looked out the window and noticed it.The freezer in the refrigerator was so over frosted it was hard to shut the door.One of the lights in the bathroom over the mirror kept flickering in and out.The room didnt have drinking glasses when I checked in. The outside door to the parking lot wouldnt shut tight and lock. I reported it, but nothing changed.When I got to the hotel to check in I waited for a while and then as I was standing at the desk I called the hotel in hopes someone would come answer the phone. They did.

  : Room was nasty everything from the room to the kitchen. Microwave still have food in it . We check in and check out within minutes I wouldnt let my kids stay there.

  : Staffs are rude, reached at 12.30 pm but kept me 2 hours waiting in lobby to check in. Defective bathroom couldnt take shower, poor quality breakfast, not a standard IHG chain. Electric problems in lamp and tv, dirty bed sheets and mold in bathroom.
