  : Nothing the whole experience was no good the night attendant has a horrible attitude and the room smelled like a diaper, everything was moist in the room and the ac didn't get cold at all.

  : Swimming pool was nice and having barbecue pits outside was a nice touch.. lobby area was cleaned and upon walking in you felt that this will be. Nice hotel overall.
  : The room assigned to us was dirty. There was towels with spots of blood on it, beds were unsightly, left over food from previous customers and curtains were torn down. I went to the front desk and he immediately changed our room. Upon walking in our second room we notice a good amount of water on the floor in the bathroom. I used our towels to clean it . I then proceeded to call front desk to ask for more and the phone didn’t work. I went downstairs to ask for towels to be brought up and he said ok. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting I went down stairs to get the towels myself. Room had an off smell to it but we sprayed Lysol to handle that. It took a very long time for the room to cool down. AC was trying to keep up with the outside heat. Our hot water did not work. I went down stairs and spoke to a lady she said she was going to send a maintenance guy up. Well that maintenance guy never showed and there was no follow up. We killed a couple bugs and from the looks of it so did previous customers cause there was dead squished bugs on the wall. Ceiling was also a bit dirty. There is a stand in the middle of the double beds with a lamp. Behind it there was old caprisun wrapper and candy. After we return from SeaWorld we noticed that our room was cleaned and baby clothes were missing . But before I go throwing accusations I moved the stand and checked the drawers to make sure they didn’t fall or was put up. Hence the reason how I knew there was stuff behind the stand. The vending machine are nice but on the machine there a sign that says if you want to buy bottled water go see front desk. Well after going to the front desk we were told they do not have water. It’s not a big deal but add that to the list of inconvenience and me having to hear my wife mouth about the horrible job I did picking the hotel. lol!

  : I rarely do this but I think a few things need major attention. We got to hotel late and had to move 3 times before having a decent room. First room we got all our stuff unpacked then realized a roach fall from ceiling to bed. They moved us to a room that Smelled and main light was off. Moved us again and that room was fine. Of all those rooms every bathtub had a stream of water then ran constantly. Very wasteful. I was told just tighten it but they all still ran constant water.
