  : The staff from breakfast was really nice and also the cleaning ladies
  : - They "upgraded" the room, giving us an apartment in the other building which had bugs, like giant cockroaches in it . When we reported this to the reception, by showing them photos, they weren't surprised and told us that they will simply change the room in that moment and gave us a room with a broken door. They excused themselves by saying that the hotel is full. Better with a broken door than sleeping with cockroaches.- breakfast was the same everyday - we asked for them to replace one breakfast with a lunch or a dinner ( we were expecting to pay the difference) but that wasn't possible - the last breakfast that was given by the hotel was a coffee and a few croissants because we had to leave early, at least they offered something- some of the reception staff was passive , especially on that story with cockroaches and they gave the infested room to another people in the same day with disregard and ignorance towards the situation- I used to love to come here , but starting next trip , no more - I would rather pay a little extra and get good conditions of staying

  : Really pretty garden and good choice of swimming pools (they even have a nudist pool). Good location - the hotel is quite close to the town by car (only few mins) and it takes around 15 mins walking. The way back is up the hill so it gets little more exhausting but nothing crazy, just to be aware of. Smooth check in and check out process, plus reception staff seemed quite keen to help in case of need.Rooms seems to be renovated which is a big plus but we had an issue with tiny ants in our rooms, they were everywhere. The room was not dirty and was cleaned during our stay, this seemed to be more of a problem with some infestation.Dinners had wide selection of foods, including fruits as well.
  : The hotel offers on their website and booking really nice looking rooms with view to garden or ocean view (based on photos) . There was not option to choose the view of the room, but in any case we were expecting a room with some sort of view. We were pretty dissapointed when we came inside and went to see the view from our balcony. To our surprise our room was facing a GIANT WALL, that had 3 plants trying to make the view less sad. I think these rooms should not be charged with same price as all the other rooms with decent view and customers should have choice to decide if they want to pay some extra money for room with view or they do not mind to look at the wall. I tried to swap the room following morning after our arrival but was told that we can swap it only another day because the rooms that are empty are being kept for new guests coming that day - guests paying the same price as we did. Anyway receptionist was keen to resolve this, but at the end we decided to stay in this room as we booked only 3 nights and they could swap the room only for 1 night. Reason being is both of us having background in hospitality and hotels, so we did not want to be extra work for the staff. Other negative experience was restaurant staff - of course not everyone but we met several members who "welcomed" us during breakfast time with slightly annoyed look and checking their watches to make it obvious we are coming late. Breakfast is serve until 10am and we always came for breakfast within breakfast times around 9:40, so this was more than unprofessional.The breakfast food - even though there is wide selection, it is obviously rushed out of the kitchen, because eggs or pancakes were never really cooked properly. They also switched off drink machines exactly at 10am so if you wanted to top up your coffee of juice at 10:01 there was no way. We stayed in 3 different hotels in Tenerife and this never happened before.

  : We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had a lot of different choices and was well organized. The park that belongs to the hotel is also wonderful! We loved having that just outside the room. The rooftop pool (naturists only) is a nice touch with a great view of the city and the surroundings. Nice views from the balcony also and from many parts of the hotel, since it's pretty high up. A lot of space in the room to put your things in, we loved that we could unpack our bags and be rid of them! The bathroom was also huge and had everything we needed.
  : Well, we didn't enjoy waking up every day about 7-7:30 when the salt and pepper hit the tables because of the restaurant being just a few floors under our balcony. We heard everything that was going on outside through a small window meant to give us som air, but mostly gave us a lot of sounds instead.. The kitchen facilities lack a few things that I would say is basic, like a normal knife and a dish brush to clean the dishes. The hotel is a bit old, they were repainting our corridor while we were there, and not everything is in shape, but mostly everything works! We did enjoy our stay!
