All room rates include unlimited daily access to the indoor and outdoor thermal circuit of the hotel spa (consult hotel website for current opening times of the Spa). The published rates for half board stays on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on that evening. Sportswear neither sports/beach footwear are not allowed from 6.30 pm in the bars and restaurants. This include sandals and/or open shoes for the Gentlemen. Shirt with collar is required at the The Oriental Restaurant, and a jacket and tie is recommended. 24th December gala dress code: Jacket and tie required. 31 December new year's eve dress code: Black tie required. Pets weighing up to 9 kg are accepted upon prior request and a supplement charge.

: Hotel have very good design, plants everywhere and nice garden.
: We, as couple, ordered half board and was surprised to discover that there is no buffet for dinner and there are only luxury shef restaurants at evening where you should book in advance and wear formal clothes. Menu was very complicated for us. Portions small. I don't have idea what children will eat there. All 3 restaurants had limited options to choose from so at some point we just ordered same dishes. Service in restaurants was slow and sometimes we had to call waiter several times. Another disappointment was that drinks for dinner not included in half board at all and you should pay separately and not cheap. It is very uncomfortable situation when we sit in luxury restaurant and staff try to push you water that you should pay in addition for your half board you already payed. In the end of dinner it was also confusion about how much tip to leave if at all. At morning, breakfast at least buffet style. It can be more variable and have more fresh vegetables. Bed mattress feel very cheap for 5 star hotel. In morning I felt pain in my back. My bed at home feel much better. Another issue was water delivery to room. Few days staff gave us free bottles of water to room. When for 2 days they didn't brought water we called to reception and they said it cost money, so I had to go to close supermarket and by water bottles for adequate price and bring them to room. During our stay there was strange construction noises which doesn't allow you to fully relax outside in pool.

: The breakfast always is a very elaborate occasion. The staff.
: The pool was heated but that means 23.8 degrees and too chilly. And also there was some renovation works starting at 8.15 with some hammering. Also my sons favorite yogurt had disappeared from the menu. And the pool billard could do with some new cues. Some cost cutting going on compared to other stays?
