: The room is comfortable and air conditioned, the view from the balcony is great. The breakfast is plentiful. Free street parking is available nearby. The hotel is in a quiet area of the city.
: The room is comfortable, but there is no fridge, only if you pay for it separately. The breakfast is plentiful, but the quality needs to be improved. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. I don't recommend it, the food has no taste. Our most expensive dinner of the holiday and unfortunately the worst.

: Only given 1 bottle of water on 1st day & some old pieces of fruit . Nothing replaced after this . No tea or coffee making facilities in the room . For a 4 star hotel that is poor .

: - Cozy, family-owned hotel with a nice garden and pool; very quietly situated (though there's a construction site nearby at the moment). - Very friendly service. - Fast Wifi. - Generous breakfast buffet (though somewhat monotonous; same applies to half-board dinner)
: - The AC was completely overwhelmed during the heat period, even when it didn't break down. Little insulation. (We managed to switch rooms, where it was somewhat more tolerable.) - No free parking on-site. There are some free parking lots nearby, one usually tends to find some free spots. But short-term parking even for unpacking / checking in is very limited: Just during the short check-in alone, we were asked repeatedly by the manager when we'd move off the car -- somewhat annoying. - Repeated electricity outages. - No water dispenser, let alone free water bottles; also no mini-fridge and no kettle in the room. - Just one, very old and slow coffee machine at breakfast.
