  : We spent 2 weeks in this hotel with 2 kids. Breakfast and dinner were very good - selection of food was excellent and food was delicious. You can eat indoors or on terace near the pool with great view on Teide. The waiting staff, bar and cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is near a small mall with a supermarket and apartment area with car rentals. The hotel provides sunbathing chairs with no additional cost.
  : The bar staff were very friendly but they did not clean lobby area to remove empty glasses in the evening. You can see work done on hotel area evary day, would be suitable for some renovation but still good value for money. Limited number of parking spaces, so if you are out of the hotel till the evening, you will have to look for the parking space in neraby streets.

  : The selection of food at the evening meals left a little to be desired.

  : Unfortunately, with the windows of the restaurant open all the smells of the show cooking area of the restaurant had very poor ventilation which meant that after dining all our clothes smelled of sardinas a la plancha or other fried food.

  : We had a corner room with sea view, the balcony was huge and the view was amazing. The room was spotless on arrival and cleaned every day. The beds were very large and comfortable. The location was good , just a short walk to main sites, bit of an uphill walk back.Food was ok, good choice of meat and fish each day. Soups were particularly good. Lots of fresh fruit available. Catered for all nationalities. Extremely good value .
  : The whole hotel is quite basic, no decorative features. The bathroom was a bit tired, water sprayed all ways from the shower, did not like the matting type floor in there. Door to balcony very stiff. Food cooked fresh, not on buffet was often very dry, cooked and left on too long especially the fish and the chicken I had. Safe expensive to rent.

  : Beautiful view from the balcony, rich breakfast and dinner - everyone can choose, I appreciate lactose-free milk and yogurt, nice staff, refreshing pool with sunbeds.
  : Really few parking spaces for such a big hotel - otherwise, you can park on the streets of the city. The almost daily smell of marijuana, is hard to say where it comes from...

  : Restaurant has weird rules such as strict control (check) on dress code. Approaches of waiters are sometimes little bit rude. I think because they are under huge stress.
