  : The guesthouse is very old-fashioned, with history. If you like similar places, you will appreciate it. In contrast to some others, the heating works. The location is central.
  : My partner was bitten in the face by an insect in the night, most likely a bed mite/acarus, according to the guardia medica in Garibaldi Street where she went in the morning. Sadly, the situation complicated her holiday and increased its costs by 35 euros (treatment, medication).

  : It was very interesting and a cultural experience for sure. The pension has long history, and you basically get the opportunity to live in a museum :)
  : Everything was manageable, but on our second day there was no water available. We were unsure if this was a Pisa problem or the pension.

  : This is the worst accommodation I have stayed in during all my years of traveling! There's no WiFi. The hot water in the bathroom only lasts for a few minutes, which means we couldn't even take a hot shower to relieve the fatigue of the journey. In the end, the three of us couldn't shower for two days. The reception was an elderly woman who didn't speak English, so communication was impossible. I tried to leave a message on Booking, but received no response.Furthermore, while we can understand the room being small, the single bed was a very poor quality spring mattress with no support, causing noticeable back pain. Moreover, my child was bitten by unknown insects, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. In the end, the three of us had to squeeze onto the other double bed.The room window couldn't close properly, so for two nights, it was left slightly open, making it difficult to block out the noisy street sounds. All of this made our mood extremely bad.

  : It was a great location for seeing the tower. There was no soap and we have 2 towels for a family of 5. The toilet paper roll was 3/4 gone and np extra was there. We also don't speak Italian so it was our fault we couldn't communicate because she only spoke Italian. We tried using a translator on our phone but she didn't know how to use it so it was 1 sided. We were able to get some communication through French but she kept coming to our room and walking in to explain the keys to use 5 different times over and over. She is so so very sweet and hospitality goes a long way, however it smelled like smoke in the house and 1 of the beds had no sheets and no soap was in the bathroom to even wash hands
  : Cleanliness, soap in bathroom to wash hands would be good, more than 2 towels for a family of 5

  : Place was nice only thing missing is the elevator as we have elders who are having knee pains but for youngsters it's an amazing choice, all the restaurants are just 500 meters away

  : The owner, a 98 year old woman was very friendly. The place was very quirky but very clean.
