  : Very nice place with sooo comfortable bed, VERY close to the main tourist attraction - Pisa Tower. Just a quick walk and you are just where you need to be! Also close to a big market so everything was within reach.
  : Old building/damp smell on the ground floor apartment, but could be managed with open balcony/terrace window and the room's ventilation.

  : The host has really nice touches and a bottle of water per person. So this was much welcomed after traveling to get to the Magnolia. Secondly a bottle of fizz again this was much appreciated after the stressful journey carrying many bags it meant that our first evening was much easier as it was Easter Sunday and no shops were open. The host suggested a restaurant to eat at and it was lovely. We was also welcomed by Italian Easter mini eggs which I thought was such a nice touch and also a cake pastry for our breakfast the next morning. There was also a fully equipped shared kitchen which was fabulous and the host had put coffee pods out for us to enjoy and he showed us around the kitchen cupboards etc and gave me a quick talk on how to use the coffee machine etc.
  : The area of Pisa itself is very busy and ambulances and police cars often made a siren and I did feel that many street sellers selling the same items were a little repetitive and I was surprised to be offered watches by lucky lucky men with fake watches whilst I sit eating outside at many different restaurants. I feel Pisa in truth could use a bit of a face lift. A few hanging baskets etc and a road cleaner sweeper etc. There is obviously lots of traffic and tourists I'm not certain that the tourist board or local authorities are doing much in the way of making the area around the attractions attractive or pleasant. I feel for the local hotels etc as it's almost like an attraction with very little other things to tie in the main tourist areas. It had a huge amount of history yet had many street sellers selling items similar to what you would expect in Blackpool there is certainly a place for this type of touristic gifting. But in truth it was overpowering and it took away some of the organic beauty of the history around Pisa. We did take a trip to Livorno and Lucca and Florence. Which was nice but I have been to other neighborhoods around Milan Venice etc and I felt Pisa was in some sense I felt a little neglected. Sure the tower and walls etc are fabulous but if the tourist board or local government got to work I feel it needs an injection of nice shops and a bit of floribunda and some manicured gardens seating areas etc. This is just my opinion and may not be anyone else's thoughts to the area. Would I stay again in this hotel yes! Would I return to Pisa Yes, but I would want to see an improvement for the locals to get more out of the area and also for it to be cleaner and less pollution etc.

Their quick and attentive responses to any questions or issues significantly enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, the close proximity to the main attarctions extremely convenient and efficient.
