  : - The bed was well-made.- The room was spotless.- Overall cleanliness great.
  : - The initial room was smoke-filled and I had to ask for a non-smoking room.- When mine and several guests cardkeys stopped working, the man at the front desk just walked away, said he was going to lunch and left the property.- My request (made online at time of purchase), stated 'I am a senior, and require a room on the 1st floor, near the front desk". Although the parking lot was near empty and rooms were available, the person at the front desk refused my request.- During my stay, at no time did my cardkey work, causing me to visit the front desk to have them re-activate each time to enter my room. Other guests experienced the same thing. It was not due to cards being demagnetized en masse. it felt like I and other POC were being inconvenienced and monitored by the front desk. Very degrading and insensitive.

  : The staff was very nice. I love the location. I've been here before. Never any major issues.
  : Although the staff was really nice I didn't like that my room was not ready at check-in. It was over 100 degrees outside, and I had to wait for my room. I finally get into my room and there is no refrigerator or microwave. I go to take a shower and there are no face towels supplied. I called the desk and they kindly told me they would have some delivered. The wash cloths were never delivered. These may not be major issues but an inconvenience for sure.

  : Room had bugs ,roaches,we requested non smoker and they gave us smoker rooms,we tried cancelling but they said it was too late even though only 5 seconds had passed they were rude also.my wife had a headache as a result of the smoke,and i couldnt sleep all night.

  : I didn't get a chance to stay because I am handicapped and had a bottom floor room reserved but for some reason they didn't have one so I had to leave
  : Too many people that weren't renting rooms loitering on the property

  : Conveniently located next to the freeway. Affordability.
  : A lot of homelessness people hanging out in the parking lot. Looks like they’re dealing drugs, police activity, and shooting while I was there.
