  : I never got to stay because booking didn't go through with the reservation at the hotel and I still don't know if I was charged for it. I'd like to get contact from someone in management to look into this and make sure I get my refund. Unacceptable.

  : The location was great. There are so many restaurants and stores nearby. Beautiful driving views. Breakfast was good.
  : There were food crumbs and pieces of paper all over the floor. The floors felt grimy. No clean towels were exchanged for dirty ones during our stay. Ran out of toilet paper a few times... we stayed 3 nights, but there were 5 of us, and for that price, i think housekeeping could at least knock and see if guests need anything. I was not provided a receipt during check-in or check out. Was told they could not provide one because I have not been charged. I was actually immediately charged. My booking total was supposed to be $580, and according to the website, the deposit was 150. I was billed 900 total. I asked why, and he said the room was actually 650, and they charged 150 per room because I had a 2 bedroom. The website did not say that? Still have not even received an emailed receipt.

  : Maybe have the room cleaning staff check the TV. remote to make sure it is in working order before the next guess comes in
