  : The staff is not very courteous. We had two rooms, each room under a different guest name but purchased on booking.com under one person. We didn't know that our card was being charged the $100 deposit fee. Nobdoy spoke Spanish and my family could not get the help they needed to understand why one room was more than the other room when in fact they were bought under the same price on booking.com. I called the customer service number and the staff member was very stern and rigid, she was not willing to help us. We drove from northern California to have a good time with family and decided to stay here because it had good reviews but we had a terrible experience. All family members slept in one room and all because the staff was not communicative. The kids didn't enjoy their stay either, and that says a lot.

  : Price was okay. The room was nice.
  : For the first morning we got breakfast there was nothing i asked if they had more lady had said they ran out of eveything. The potatoes tasted like the werent ready. Cookies weren’t available for the night and morning not sure why.
