  : The pictures were very deceiving. There was a safe lockdown sign in the window at the registration lobby. So, they would only allow check-in outside and this was at 3 PM as we were getting there. Someone pulled their car up and said you don’t look like the type of people who would stay here it’s unsafe and drove away. we kind of took that with a grain of salt, but the grounds were very rundown, the elevator smelled like someone passed away in there with graffiti everywhere inside the elevator. The buttons look like they’ve been caught on fire. It just seemed very unsafe, but we still forward because we knew there was so many sold out hotels in the area.
  : When we got to our room, the door lock was very Jenkee even though it was a card key entrance. The door knob was loose and the card didn’t work until after five or six tries once we enter the hotel the TV wouldn’t work. The toilet was not secured so when you sat on it, it would tip to the point of you almost falling off, and the washing your hands in the sink the faucet broke off in your hand. The beds were made with what seem to be fresh linens, however, the blankets were so thin, and there was no top sheet on either queen bed. There was no phone in the room, so we couldn’t call without using our own cell phone and no one would answer the front desk. We finally got someone who barely spoke English and told them of our issues and they said there was no one that could help because somebody wouldn’t be back until an hour or so later, we tried to do in the meantime. my husband went down to the office and they told him that it was our remote that was bad so they gave us another one and that was the resolve in their mind. The remote turned on the TV but no channels would work and we called again and they said the remote only works if, you use it to turn the TV on and press the numbers 12 and that’s the only workable solution. You can’t use the upper down buttons on the remote and have to press one to even get it to work. They never came and fix the sink or the toilet, they had no other rooms for us and we were afraid we would lose our entire full payment that we prepaid for the hotel so we stayed. The cleaning staff was very sweet however, they only made one bed when we were out and no trash was taken out or anything, no towels and we were there four days. I’m sad that they didn’t take the opportunity to fix the situation.

  : Good nights sleep, very quiet, good value for my money.
  : There was no microwave , no coffee, and $5 for a continental breakfast was unacceptable.

  : Had no problem checking in early. Lots of good nearby restaurants.
  : Too much to list... I'd probably never stay here again. It's worse than Motel 6. Sketchy people driving around in parking lot or people renting rooms for a few hours need I say more. Wouldn't recommend if you have families/ kids.
