  : Walls are paper thin. Heard the next door neighbors playing loud music, all other doors loudly closing, etc. The bathrooms were also outdated with patches and holes but no fresh paint and mildew stains

  : Pool was clean and inviting appearing. Room service attentive, supplies given when requested.Front desk staff and other hotel staff helpful.Having the diner next door offering good food and take out possibility a huge help for family with 3 yr old.
  : The overall cleanliness of hotel not optimum. Rugs need thorough cleaning (not just vacuuming), sliding door frames dirty. Tub and bathroom overall outdated leaving the appearance of uncleanliness despite maid's general cleaning.Initial view of inside and outside of hotel not optimum due to need of freshening up, or updating.Grounds unattractive. Walk to diner not optimum - need pavement repairs. Parking lot entrance in disrepair with potholes.Difficulty seeing possible oncoming traffic when leaving to exit due to vegetation location. Plantings around premises would be an improvement.

  : Overnight large delivery trucks back up and make deliveries. We had to change rooms the second night

  : The location is close to the Mystic Aquarium, Dunkin Donuts ,Ol Mystic village right across the street ,within walking distance to town ,seaport ..perfect location
  : The room was in building B ,went to sit outside on terrace and was met with a smell from the Garbage containers from next door ..Seagull everywhere spreading the garbage and it was very hot so smell was very bad.Air conditioning unit made a very loud noise when came on ..

  : It’s just my opinion, but It’s extremely dated and could use a make over. The exterior grounds could use some serious attention.. The pictures they advertise with is the opposite of what the place really is. With that being said the stay was fine for a night, staff was friendly & it’s centrally located..
