  : Shouldn't hire contractors to work in the hallway directly outside your room and not even tell you. The smell was horrible! Manager did nothing

  : We needed a last minute room during our road trip and booked a King Studio for the same day we will be arriving via Booking.com. We arrived after 10pm and the staff on hand had no record of our reservation from Booking.com. Even after showing them my confirmation and providing all information, they could not find our reservation in their system, and they told me their King rooms had been sold out so it should not have been available on Booking.com. However, Gonzo, who was at the front desk was amazing. He was able to find a double room for us to stay in and a fair rate. The double room was more spacious than other hotels we have stayed in. All the staff we encountered were friendly and we appreciated the check out time of 12pm.
  : The Booking.com snafu was very stressful and this is the second time in a couple of months where there was an issue with our reservation. What makes matters worse is that the Customer Service function via the app is useless. It says it'll get back to you within 24 hours but in a situation where the hotel does not have your booking, you really need immediate help.

  : Bathroom was small. The bed was to high, I could never take my elderly mom to stay there.

  : I thought we would have a complete kitchen. It's a small room I know but where you have the microwave placed, I would install a small kitchen cabinet over the counter for basic utensils and a couple of plates and cups. And a single electric stove a small one. Also the sofa mattress felt thin and worn might needs replacement.

  : The staff is friendly and aim to make your stay enjoyable.The hot breakfast was very enjoyable and there were quite a few options to select from. Great coffee too.Upon our arrival, we were happy to see a clean, spacious room and a comfortable bed.
  : I would have liked to give the hotel an exceptional rating. However, my husband and I found it odd that the cleaning staff left us no clean towels or toilet paper after “cleaning” our room. We had showered in the morning and a few wet towels were left behind. A member of the front staff was kind enough to bring us fresh towels & toilet paper that evening.
