: The property is very clean. The night staff on 7-4-2024 was very kind and helpful. I asked for towels and water . I received the towels right away delivered to our room. The pool was excellent ,warm and the movies played in the big screen offered a great experience for familes. I like the decor its fun for pictures. The location is excellent right across from mystic village and the aquarium. The Italian restaurant across the street is excellent !
: Staff members didnt explain at check in how the breakfast included with room payment is handle The staff at the restaurant wasnt helpful . They did not welcome costumers or gave information on how the breakfast was handle . The waiters seem to rather have the customers serve themselves from the buffet instead of offfering menus to order. The morning of 7-5-2024 .At check out .The girl with accent was none approachable it seem like she was bothered to be there. What an awful person to have as the face of check in or check out. She was bothered at questions. The gift shop should be cleaned and orgonized . To attract more buyers.

: The room was a decent size, the hotel lobby was beautifully decorated.
: Unfortunately, the room was not clean. Hair was everywhere - on the floor, the shower, even stuck to the blow dryer. It was quite disturbing. For the price of the room, and the reputation of Hilton, you would expect reliable service. Also, we booked through booking.com. The front desk staff member was unable to find our reservation and instead of trying to help us figure it out, she rudely stated, "Are you sure you're in the right place?" Placing the blame on us. We luckily had someone else step in to help us and she was very lovely.

  : Friendly
: Our room smelled moldy, musty, dank. We paid $350 and our clothes smelled musty the next day. We would expect compensation or refund for the room. We’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels and the room wasn’t to standards. Also the toilet wasn’t working properly
