  : Good location, good size room.
  : The front office staff was confused, to say the least. They could not find my prepaid booking. And then, over my clear and repearted request NOT to, they ran my credit card again, effectively charging me twice, the second time at a higher price. When i brought this to their attention it took TWO HOURS AT THE FRONT DESK to NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUES. I have taken the complaint to the booking company and my credit card provider. The funishings. in particular the couch was weird and uncomfortable.

  : I booked a ( 1 - bedroom suite / with fireplace ) online weeks prior , and when I arrived I was told that they do NOT have what I booked available . I was told that all they had was a ( Studio room available / NO FIREPLCE , and no separation of rooms ) so had to share this room with co - workers ( making our whole stay very uncomfortable ) . To make matters worse , was told that the price was the same as the room that I booked ( I was pissed ) . Didnt have much choice but to pay it because we were 6hrs & 30 min from home . I stay at Residence Inn Suites all the time , but after this ( I WILL NOT BE STAYING ANYMORE ) . I feel - like there could have been a rate adjustment ( being that I was giving a different room ) and I feel - like the old bait & switch was used on us . This is NOT how you treat your customer !!!!

  : Great location and the staff was awesome and very helpful.
  : The room lock didn't latch up without a little effort , heat lamp switch didn't work and the closet door closest to the room safe was off track.The bagels were stale at breakfast.

  : Great location to downtown Mystic. I loved having a kitchen. That was great.
  : It's an old property and Needs a face-lift. The couch was stained. Breakfast wasn't replenished for the amount of people that was there.

  : Rooms were clean. Front desk was fabulous. Breakfast plentiful.
  : Original reservation was for 1 room with 2 bedrooms. Our family was split into 2 separated rooms in different wings of the building.
