  : Property was a only a 15 minute drive to State-line (downtown and casinos) and/or to the beautiful views of Emerald Bay and beaches. Some one did come by to service the Hot Tub, which tells you they do care about sanitation. Clean up crew (male and female) was waiting outside property when we left. However felt uncomfortable when they asked that we leave the door open because they were the cleaning company. We refused and told them we had to lock the house. Which I was glad we did because a few minutes later they drove up to the gas station we where at and picked up another gentleman. If they were the cleaning crew why didn't they stay to clean??
  : Hidden Fees! When I was searching for a property I explicitly clicked on a search for a pet friendly facility. To my surprise when I called TurnKey I was told I had to pay an additional $200 for having a pet. I was furious! I was at the property and I was refused the access code from TurnKey unless I payed the $200. I had no other choice but to pay since I was already there and I would get charged my full amount if I canceled. TurnKey blamed Booking.com and when I called Booking.com they blamed TurnKey. Either way I ended up paying TurnKey pet fee of $200 US dollars. However Booking.com did step up to the plate and heldped me out with 37% of the fee, while TurnKey offered NOTHING for their hidden fees.
