  : While the location was a bit far from "downtown" South Lake Tahoe, it was half way from downtown and other ski resorts (e.g. Sierra at Tahoe), and also half way from Emerald Bay (which for the summer would be really handy).Also, huge backyard ... Lots of snow to play with the kids, and I imagine it'd be a fun area to use for BBQing during the summer.
  : Central heating didn't cover the bedrooms (there were standalone heaters for the rooms, but they were noisy and not as good as Central heating). Also, very few outlets available, and most of them were 2-prong (i.e. electronics with 3 pins couldn't be powered, unless you had an adapter).

  : The staff who gave us the code to pick up our cabin keys, was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in quick and easy! The beds were comfortable, and the cabin was easy to find, and well stocked! It was also in a good location, not too far from the beach and ski areas.
  : The cabin door was slightly open when we arrived. It was also hot, we couldn't open the windows, and the few fans that were provided were loud! There were no instructions on how to use the t.v. remotes, and no information on places nearby (restaurants, things to do, shops, etc).
