  : The time we spent at the house and in amazing Tahoe made up for anything else! My family and I had an amazing time! After the days playing in the cold and snow it was awesome to come 'home' and warm up by the fire, in the hot tub or in 1 of the 4 showers. And the indoor washer & dryer made it a dream to keep up with any wet or dirty clothes..MAJOR PLUS.. Run to any of the close stores to get anything needed and get groceries to make nice family meals in the big open kitchen which had most things anyone could need and gather in the large open living space together. The neighbors were great and my children even made friends with their children. Over all it was a great time of making new family memories and WE WILL BE BACK!!
  : The house was amazing & we did love it but I was disappointed with how very dusty with cobwebs the house was. There are very high ceilings with hanging lighting fixtures which I know are hard to reach however it is necessary to clean them .. these things were incredibly covered with thick layers of dust which is also hair, dead skin cells & dead bugs (gross when you think about it) & its hazadous to anyone with sensitive lung conditions such as asthma like my children have. And it left me feeling not the most confident with the rest of the houses actual cleanliness especially during the covid pandemic. A few of the blinds throughout the house were broken so I just made sure to let the staff know that way we were NOT held responsible. The only other issue was there are strict rules about the garbage because of the wildlife which I totally understand however the evening we arrived the garbage bin was already completely crammed full and inside there was ONLY a single garbage bag for our 4 day stay for my family of 5. When I called to ask what to do about the garbage they were helpful everyone I spoke with during the booking process and stay were very nice & helpful but said they only provide the 1 garbage bag & that it'd be ok since our house had a garage to stack the garbage in a pile inside. So it was a sort of solution but not exactly clean, comforting nor along with the issues of cleanliness felt things were clean and ready for a new family & a new stay.
