  : the flat rented on floor 5 is not luxurious, and in an old house of course, but beautiful, clean and calm. We had another one on floor 7 which was disgusting. If you book one of these offers, insist on getting the one in floor 5! Their English is realyy good, communication is quick and friendly and they try to solve upcoming problems the easy way. (if solvable)

  : - The living room was okay, old but clean and with adequate furniture - The tile floors and the kitchen were clean. - We had a Credit Card problem, and were able to solve it quickly via Western Union. all in all, communication was quick, friendly and decent and in very good English (even though we never met our host in person, but people have to work and sleep, don't they?) - The location is SUPERB. you can walk to the Maidan (the absolute hotspot) in about 3 Minutes. - We had a second flat (rated sperately), which was absolutely okay
  : So, the photo here on booking might actually have been taken in the flat. About 500 years ago. Which is not a bad thing in general, but: - The furniture was really run down. Especially in the bathroom. I promise, you will not want to put something inside there. - The sleeping room smells. And I mean IT SMELLS. People who own a dog or a cat know the smell from when they mark their territory. do I have to say more? The carpet is something not to walk on bare foot. - the lamps by the bed did not work. - The bed sheets were full of dark stains. - First thing we bought was toilet paper, because we couldn't find it. - We had to write a message to get the WiFi key, as it was not provided anywhere in the flat. - We had a second flat (rated sperately), which was absolutely okay. But the one on floor 7, which we had, needs some renovation. sorry to say so, but you should know, I assume.
