  : Very good position and quiet. Just 100 m away from Maidan, which is the main square in downtown
  : To get to the flat you have to pass through a smelly and not illuminated (full dark at night) alley which brings you to a courtyard, then you enter a very old building whose floors are dirty. At the time of my stay the bulb at the 2nd floor where the apartment is was burn out so I had to search the door lock slot, in which threading the key, by fingers. This is from the outside As for the inside, the flat definitely needs be entirely refurbished. It is poorly furnished and features very old and cheap facilities (TV hardily working with out of order remotes, scratched table and kitchen desk, unhinged or malfunctioning sliding doors between rooms and a very soft mattress which has clearly never been replaced in a long run). The staff looks bothered and annoyed when it comes to look after the guest with trifles like replacing the remote's battery or showing how all facilities work. Last but not least, despite they write on their page that the payment can be settled by a credit card, they say they have issues with the TT transfer device and ask you for the entire amount to be paid upfront (without issuing receipt). I would not recommend anyone to stay in this flat

  : Staff who met me were super and helpful.Acceptable English but great friendly outlook 10 out of 10 for her.
  : Payment was supposed to be card but staff only accepted cash.Surfaces were very dusty and behind the bed where the power point is located had not seen cleaning for weeks.

  : Location is great, very centralThe apartment is quite big. We could store our luggage on the day of departure in the officeWe could check out at 13 instead of 12.The lady who we met at the office with check out was kind and at least a bit more interested than the other lady
  : The check in was a bit hard, we didn't know where we had to be. The lady who checked us in was totally not interested and was constantly busy with her phone. The whole apartment needs an upgrade in my opinion. A lot of things are broken. The matrasses are really bad. You can feel the spirals. The couch and the chair are old and not comfortable. It was not clean. On the eye, yes. But when you look closer, no. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 towel per person for two nights. We asked for more and in the end they brought but it took quite long. I would suggest to just lay down enough toilet paper and towels.We couldnt pay by card, it had to be in cash. We paid 55 euro a night which is quite expensive for the quality of the apartment.
