  : I am not interested in reviewing this is message for booking.com managers .You have to refund me a part of the amount I have given to you, dear Booking,com, for my aparment in Zytomirska Street. The photos about the apartment I stayed in that you displayed during my booking process was splendid but the apartment was completely different (in worse) with no heating, a microscopic place to do my biological needs, very old furniture. All was awful . I wait for a part of refund because you did not give to me what you promise in our contract. Dott. Gianni Lauretig P.S. see the photos of aparment and see the differences huge differences with the photos you showed to me when I booked. If I knew before that the apartment was how it was I have never booked I have preferred an hotel. I remember that It is not the first time I booked with booking.com and last times all was good. So I am very disappointed. I hope this words will be helpfull for future bookers that watch this aparment.

  : Extremely dirty bathroom and not many pots in the kitchen so we only cooked once and with great difficulty. The host is happy to arrange a transfer for you which was great on arrival, however there was a delay on departure which meant we almost missed our flight! As the rate we paid was more expensive than Uber and cab services in Kiev, I hoped it would have been more reliable.
