  : we have a wonderful overnight stay. the staff were very kind and patient with us as we do not speak the language. we arrived early and they stored our luggage while we went out and explored. a lovely breakfast basket is provided with cereal, danishes, yoghurt and biscuits. we ate it overlooking the beach. we had a huge room with separate lounge and kitchen and bedroom.there is a private beach (no chairs) right below the property. great location, close to the port. It is a nice, but long walk to the castle and any restaurants on that side of town.

  : No communication with property before hand. No customer care of a hotel and no facilities of an apartment like glasses, cups, plates etc

  : The appartment was clean and very close to the sea. The breakfast were excellently served with a view on the sea. You came enjoy the sunset and sunrise from the terrace.
  : The sofa which was supposed to be as a second bed was totally uncomfortable, noisy, broken. We could not sleep at all all night.

  : no gas or utensils or even a glass to drink water.no hot water or even decent pressure in tapsbreakfast was lots of biscuits and curd with a Gipfel full of sweetener, just not worth itwater bottle was provided that could last for few hoursa little water heater with a very bad cup which you wont want to use evenwe asked property owner beforehand to confirm if the kitchen is functioning, nobody repliedwe made a bad decision of assuming kitchen available would mean it would have basic stuff for at least a pastathe owner told us on arrival, had to call multiple times just to get them to door, that they replied to booking.com for our questions very funny for themwe had a little kid and this property is just not for families.. avoid it.. if i were with young friends would have happily spent time here..because location is really good and upper deck apartment has a see view window which is really good!

  : The accomodation itself is very good, just next to the beach and within walking distance from the ferry port. The facility was clean and the breakfast Italian style. It is a good price-quality ratio.
  : We were checked in to a lower category room than we booked. The explanation was that it was the fault of booking. The owner / manager promised to get back to us with an info whether it is possible to change our room to the booked one at least for the second or third night. This did not happen and as the accomodation was prepaid, we will require financial compensation. I understand that there could be a language barrier, but the management of this mistake was not really good.

  : Quiet. Bed. Shower. Room size. Ambiance. WiFi. Area security. Location - it is AT the beach (if that's what you're looking for). Fridge is great but empty. Coffee machine is great but no coffee.
  : Below average check-in process. Location if you are looking for being close to downtown (10 min walk). Bathroom a little bit run down. Dirty floor. No hotel-like service - it's an ArBnB type of place. Breakfast basket is nice but no eggs or ham/bacon.
