  : The breakfast...minimal fruit...croissant baked from frozen..cakes and tortes as much as 4 days old...the changed the coffee machine finally produced a decent cup of coffee...the room had furniture scratched and scraped and was tired it needed repainting as there was dirt on the walls ..l understand that the hotel is under new management...nothing had been done.

  : Rooms on the street side unbearably noisy. Apparently it is the Italian way for people to scream/laugh and behave totally inappropriately at even 3-4 in the morning in the street.The staff did nothing and I assume the authorities couldnt care less.The water in the toilet was running often and the shower was mouldy in several places.When I brought these matters to the attention of the manager, he replied I didnt ask you to stay at this hotel!!!!The buffet breakfast was totally inappropriate in a COVID pandemic situation, at which some guests did not wear a mask when moving around. Even though this was obvious, staff were not interested.We were exhausted when we left as we did not get one good nites sleep.Such a bad experience, never again!!!
