  : the staff that checked in for me was really nice and friendly. She got me a room with a very nice view. Then the evening front desk person was a bit less friendly and English was not good at all.

  : the hotel is very well located. It is very close to the harbour and the public transportation. The area is full of shops and good restaurants. The building is a bit outdated but what it makes it a 4star is the kindness and availability of the staff. You feel welcome from the very first moment and you are always treated with kindness. We also appreciated the free upgrade to a triple room, since we were travelling with a child. Breakfast was good too. The pools were a true bliss.

  : We had a comfortable room with doors leading out onto the terrace that has steps up to the outdoor thermal pool. There is also a lovely indoor thermal pool and sauna with treatment rooms. There was a large buffet breakfast each morning. It is right by the port, so within a few steps of where the ferry arrives into Ischia Porto. You are in the town and have all the shops and facilities on your doorstep. Plus close to the bus station where all the island buses start and finish.

  : The pool and spa were a welcome addition and I even booked a massage with Chiara which was wonderful. The receptionists were extremely helpful and sorted a boat trip as soon as we arrived which was lovely!
  : The restaurant dinner and breakfast was disappointing which was such a pity and it would have been good to have coffee making facilities in the room

The hotel's centralization ensures convenience, while its impeccable spa facilities provide a blissful retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Skilled therapists and a serene ambiance make the spa experience truly exceptional. With elegantly appointed rooms and a diverse range of dining options, the Aragona Hotel promises an unforgettable stay, blending luxury, comfort, and the essence of Ischia into a single remarkable experience. However, it's all about the finer details. We entered the bistro to watch a football match and nobody asked if we wanted to have a drink. At the end, we left without consuming anything, feeling overlooked in a moment that could have enhanced our overall impression of the hotel.
  : Despite the Aragona Hotel's many merits, the breakfast experience left much to be desired. The lack of attention to detail was glaring, particularly in the quality and variety of offerings. The fresh fruit, sadly, appeared to be well past its prime, lacking vibrancy and freshness. Moreover, the breakfast spread seemed disproportionately geared towards Italian guests, with an abundance of sweet pastries and minimal savoury options. Even those savoury dishes that were available, like the watery and unappetizing scrambled eggs, failed to meet basic standards of quality. This oversight detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay at the hotel.

  : The hotel staff are superb, friendly, informative, and helpful. I could no fault a single one of them. The location is perfect for exploring the hotel itself is clean and comfortable and has good facilities for when you dont wish to explore the island.
  : There are a few areas that need a little more attention with maintenance but nothing that impacts your stay
